KISHORE M. DEGWEKAR, Director-Marketing A graduate in Mechanical Engineering with post-graduation in management. He has had a long & successful career initially as a business executive and later as an owner-manager. He is the Managing Director of an Indo-British joint venture besides his assignment in Betasoft.

DR. CHARU A. CHITALIA, Director-Operations She has graduated from Bombay University in Medicine & Obtained her post-graduate degree in Anesthesiology from London. She worked as a consulting anesthesiologist in England for 10 years and India for 15 years. She is responsible for production and quality control at Betasoft - MT unit.

ARCHANA KALE, Director-Technical She is M.Tech.(Computer Science) from IIT Bombay. She has 7 years of teaching experience. She is heading the software business unit and is responsible for all technical matters in the company.

KUMAR KALE, Hon. Financial Controller He is a practicing Chartered Accountant ( equivalent to CPA ) for the last 8 years. He advises Betasoft on all financial matters

DR. ARVIND CHITALIA, Hon. Training Advisor He is a Post-graduate Orthopedic surgeon and has completed his M.Ch. from England. He has worked as a consultant in England for 10 years and has been practicing in India for 15 years.

DR. VARSHA DEGWEKAR, Hon. Training Advisor She is a Post-graduate Gynecologist and has 10 years professional experience as a consulting Gynecologist and Obstetrician.
